Not too many, the area around my neighborhood has yet to really
develop into a neighborhood. You have to travel a few blocks to get
to most things.

I have to travel down to the West 96th street area for entertainment.

A cheap pretty large (compared to corner stores) grocery store two
blocks away and on same cross street.

Roughly 40 minutes.

Yes, the 2/3 subway line.
